Funny bosses, chilled people and overall just a great work experience - Working Student: Social Media plus10 Employee Review

Working with Plus10 was a great learning opportunity. You are given a lot of freedom to develop your skills and contribute to the company's growth. I was always treated as a full member of the team. There are 2–4 larger team events a year where the whole company comes together to collaborate on current subjects, growth potential, and how the company can move forward. Many of my ideas were adopted while I was still working at Plus10. My work area was broad. I worked on videos from start to finish, created presentations, designed customer onboarding and marketing materials, and much more. I was able to choose where to focus my work, and I could change departments to learn more and develop my skill set. Another great thing was that I got the chance to structure my workflow and decide when to work on what. I was responsible for getting my work done. Sadly, there weren't any full-time positions available in my field of work. I would be open to coming back to work for the company if they had an opening for a full-time position. Working with the other office location was sometimes difficult, but I always managed. If you constantly need someone to tell you what to do, this is not the company for you. The freedom you get also comes with responsibility. I have nothing negative to say because I had an amazing experience during my time there.

Very friendly and supportive team atmosphere. People treated each other with respect and communication was always open and relaxed. Good place to learn, take responsibility and gain practical experience.

As a smaller company, some processes and structures could be more organized at times. Compensation is not as competitive as at larger corporations.
