When I joined prAna, it was a thriving, mission-driven company with an incredible culture and sense of purpose. I felt proud to be part of it. Over time, however, the company lost its way, struggling to define its identity and adapt to an increasingly competitive market.

-Reliance on outside brand consultants without consistent follow-through
-Significant loss of institutional knowledge due to repeated layoffs of long-term employees
-Limited opportunities for career growth or advancement
-Struggling to maintain clear direction and brand identity in a challenging market
