1. Team spirit: The team at rankingCoach is supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help. There are almost no rankings here, you can always talk to the Head of every department in a casual and direct manner, which really facilitates communication and team collaboration. 2. Culture & environment: The work environment is dynamic and inclusive. Ideas from everyone, including new comers, are welcomed, creating a great atmosphere. The sense of community is noticeable here. 3. Work-life balance: There are of course high seasons when we are busy with tasks and deadlines but the company really understands the importance of balance. Flexible hours and a supportive management team contribute to a healthy work culture. This support is clearly reflected in the management style which I like the most about rankingCoach 4. Leadership: My manager is literally one of the coolest, down-to-earth people that I know. She is sympathetic, understanding, funny and is really a role model, both professionally and personally. Other C-level managers are also approachable and talkative in our communication channels. 5. International corporate culture: Without German, you can communicate without language barriers with anyone in any team in the company. That's a big advantage.

Cons: Communication: The company is growing quick with the expansion of team and responsibility. This means, communication can become more challenging, and information may not always flow as efficiently as in a more structured environment. Learning curve: For those new to the startup ecosystem, there can be a steep learning curve in understanding the dynamics and pace of this unique work environment. Luckily, you always have the managers and colleagues, who are supportive and understanding, to help you out. This makes a huge difference and helps you adapt faster and contribute to more efficient performance.
