      Sr management gets it, great clients, everyone pulls their weight and delivers exciting work, can get the resources necessary for success, lots of training and employee support

      - Great people to work with - High-profile portfolio of clients - FTO that you're actually able to use - Decent work-life balance even working 100% remote - Benefits are decent

      Cons

      Promotions and career advancement are incredibly slow. I've only received one 3% raise in the 4.5 years I've been working here despite being up for a promotion for over a year and a half now and EOY reviews being nothing but positive feedback.
