Pros
A lot of good people (below senior leadership) work here. The teams are full of people who do great work, work hard, and are willing to lend a hand.
Cons
Razorfish and all of Groupe love to tell you when you join how much internal mobility there is: I haven't seen this to be true. There are no growth opportunities, only lateral moves with no compensation changes, ad infinitum. I observed this with my colleagues as well so not limited to my own experience. Employee retention is currently the org's lowest priority. They are not even remotely concerned about retention and even seem to want to encourage people to leave so that they can hire more junior, less expensive people for the same roles. It has practically been stated in town halls that this is the plan (lots of talk about "leveraging junior talent" following layoffs of more tenured employees -- very bad optics). Every few months there is a different explanation for why there have not been promotions across the org over the course of the last nine months. Benefits continue to be reduced or replaced with inferior options (the swap-in insurance providers this year was a horrendous decision) and no one in senior leadership seems bothered. Pay equity also abysmal and inconsistent, and HR ignores correspondences if you ask to have a conversation about it.
