Pros
This is one of the best environments to build your early-to-mid IT career. Entry level positions are exposed to a myriad of technologies with opportunities to develop skills in just about any area of technology. Mid-level positions are empowered to make decisions and affect change. They even have a facility team that focuses on the electrical and operational side of the business! So you really have a lot of options if you stick around for a while. The job is very fast paced, which can be both a pro and a con, but there is a lot of good talent willing to help and that is what matters. The 90-days of training is very intensive, but if you can keep up, it is worth it to build a broad and solid foundation in data center technologies.
Cons
Since the company is international with a strong presence in the US and Mexico, sometimes new IT positions will require Spanish. The company is growing at a rate that can often seem to move faster than one person can keep up. Middle management strikes a good balance between managing and being a friend that you can count on.
