      Owner is poor manager. Goes through employees every few months as he changes direction of importance by the hour.

      Pros

      Challenging projects with the ability to work with top notch engineers and top notch builders. Rarely build the same machine twice.

      Cons

      management out of touch with the workers. Not much room for advancement. Top employees are pushed to the point of burnout with little concern from upper management.
