Pros
The only good thing about this garbage fire company were the people I immediately worked with, and my store manager. That’s it.
Cons
Literally everything else. The pay is bogus and your commission payout will randomly get delayed with no explanation. Corporate expects you to devote your life to the company, you will regularly be required to come in on your day off for meetings or other absurd things. For a tech company the tech is pretty awful. You use several different systems that dont communicate with each other at all which leads you to inputting the same information 2-3 times. These poorly crafted, cheap systems also each go down 1-2 times per week Part of the job is commission-based but your store will regularly be out of the products you need to sell to make your commission. Lovely.
