Lots of change in senior management and lack of training direction and lead is setting up a bad inner culture. Training is lacking. Even with people from corporate side helping train, information was contradictory. Lack of training, leads to lack of proper behaviors, that leads to repeated bad practices, which leads to resistance when proper behaviors are introduced and held as the minimum standard. You see where this is going… kicking the problem down the road just collects a lot of trash that someone is going to have clean up or dispose of. Though not intentional, that is what senior management is doing.
