Exceptionally stable work environment with strong social protection and an excellent work-life balance (typical for an autonomous public sector company). The organization has genuine good intentions and most colleagues are generally engaged and committed.
Cons
The flip side of the public sector character is that decision-making is slow and change is hard to get off the ground. Growth opportunities are limited, both hierarchically and in terms of content. Those who need creative freedom or want to evolve will sooner or later run into structural boundaries.
