If you enjoy working at a faced-paced start up, Solo.io is a fun place to work. It's a remote company and very flexible in terms of meeting times and work schedule. The engineers are very technical, but also friendly, so there's always someone around willing to jump on a call and debug an issue.

If you _don't_ enjoy working at a start up, Solo.io might not be a good fit. Projects can change quickly, and requirements can be vague.

Many people are great to work with

Immature leadership. Sales VP is running the company for some reason? Speed is valued above all else. Attempts to create efficiency or to implement processes are met with disdain. They want to move so fast that they end up slowing everything down by being unprepared and with only vague ideas of how things will actually be accomplished.
