I really like and enjoy the culture and the value system of the company There is complete empowerment and ownership of our work - which is because of the trust we gained from the founders We define the scope while quality and timelines is fixed - 2 week sprint cycle , regular scrum Learning is the biggest value system; mistakes are encouraged as long we we keep learning from them My needs are well understood and there is an open discussion on the same The approach to hiring is unique - no interviews - I was invited to work on something real, along with the team and then both I and the founders decided to move forward with hiring - I really enjoyed this process as I knew before I formally joined what I was getting into I wanted to be an embedded developer and I feel I am going in the right direction The lab we work has good infra and we get to interact with diverse set of people
