Pros
Having worked at many companies, I don't think I've come across a team as passionate as sync. Everyone works so hard to come together and build an incredible product, it really is amazing to see. I've found you get back what you put in. If you're willing to spend the time building relationships within the team, people will give you that time back and that's when it becomes an amazing place to work. The team really have this feel of a small family all working together for the same goal that's it's such a great place to come to work.
Cons
Like most start-ups it's not a place where you can hide and get by by doing the bare minimum. If you're not contributing and delivering you will be found out, so you have to be willing to work hard. But it's all worth it at the end of the day.
