Pros
The idea they are trying to solve is great, really good culture, and really nice people. As for the work product itself, it was very rewarding when something "actually ships" to see how many users provide feedback, based the scale of the operations. Millions of users using tawk, so your work is going to get seen.
Cons
Project managers suck, and leadership is constantly "in a rush" to ship, but nothing is planned as well as it could be, which creates a lot of rework. The ambitions of the leadership are probably too big for the capability of the team they have, especially in planning. They need to hire better technical leadership. Documentation was lacking, you were just expected to "figure it out".
