Pros

Very friendly and relaxed place to work. The Team Leaders are all great guys and really look after the technicians.

Cons

Everything has become a numbers game, I understand the need to prove a technicians worth/productive ability but there are significantly better ways to go about this. Some choices are made without much forethought on how they will not only impact the other technicians but the workload in general. Instead of working as a team, every one huddles into their own elitist groups/roles and looks down on each-other.

Pros

- Flexible with University schedule. - Close to central station, so a short walk or bus ride. - Generally a good work environment, colleagues got along well. No office politices in my role. Able to complete work and go home after 8 hour shift.

Cons

- Alot of micromanagement. Company would take on new contracts with clients, but not account for substantial volume of requests. - Career growth lacking, bit of nepotism on senior management roles. - Seems to be alot of fumbling and winging on projects. - Management staff seem to be closeted with large scale project experience.
