Pros

The only pro was HR manager. She is real specialist and knows how to deal with people.

Cons

Apart from the fact that we had to bring our own technology like laptop, telephone and use our own number to call clients, there was employment status descrimination. Being supervisor does not give you the permission to degrade other associates. Call centre agents are the people who have direct connection with your clients who bring you the wealth, they are very important part of the company. We live in 21st century and the primitive management techniques don't work out today.
