      Colleagues in local team very supportive; Good company benefits; Good pay for roles outside of London.

      If you don’t fit the mould or have ‘too much’ time off work, don’t expect to be around long; I have a terminal health condition that was declared, whilst trying to recover, the company circumvented every possible way to formulate excuses to eventually dismiss me, without directly doing so because of my illness. I also felt singled out and harassed at times I had to take time off due to illness. No well-being support, just pressure constantly to get back to work.

      Pros

      Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

      Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

      HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
