Pros
- Stable company - Growing business - Good for fresh graduates - Very flexible working hours - Paid overtime - Most of the people are helpful - Know-how
Cons
- No career opportunities, no career levels, no chance for career progressing - Team building is unknown, there are no organized events to know your team better (there was one attempt, maybe a year or two ago, but since then, there's nothing) - No option for home office - Crowded and loud working space - Parking is a nightmare (only a few from the upper management have dedicated spots) - No relaxation facilities - Lack of trainings (There are a lot of internal training as you start, but afterwards there are not many, and they only send a few selected people per year) - Undermotivated employees (Employees are not appreciated or motivated in any way) - Lack of engagement (Developers can't feel their project as their own, they are not envolved in any technical decision making, nor they are aware of progress, or any input/feedback from the upper levels/customers) - High workload, a LOT of documentation
