      Good training, learn a lot, great pay for a first time internship, cool bosses, nice people

      Cons

      Had a very dry corporate culture, everyone was in their upper 40's to 60's.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
