      nice chairs, okay pay and benefits

      Cons

      Bad HR, undefined career path, useless competence matrix. Middle management is sometimes selected based on technical knowledge, which is OK, but if they do not turn out to be good managers, they get stuck in an unfitting role without the possibility for advancement (no real training is offered)

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
