      Definitely a good schedule and blessed to work with good people.

      Cons

      Poor management and no appreciation for employees. Always do the bare minimum. Never respond to employee concerns and take over a year to hire from temp.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
