Professionally, you weaken over time because they don't want you to improve. The company is already like a family business. The wives and brothers of the bosses hold managerial positions in the company despite their insufficient knowledge. The company is governed entirely by a policy of oppression and fear. Management takes the pain of its own incompetence from its employees. They even interfere with how you should smile, the conversations you have with your colleagues outside of working hours, and the topics discussed during breaks. With every move you make, you get the thought that I'm doing something wrong. You are exposed to mobbing secretly and openly. In short, if you want to focus on your career, improve yourself, and protect your mental health, stay away from here. Definitely a company I would not recommend.
