Could care less about their employees - Counselor III tri county human services Employee Review

Terrible benefits. Health care package sucks, PTO is terrible, no sick time, no tuition reimbursement, no raises, no incentives to work hard. There are people who have been there 15+ years making less than $13/hr. That's disgraceful. Management takes advantage of salaried people and overworks them, especially in residential.
