Pros
Excellent work/life balance, this company actually cares about well being and life circumstances. Management is willing to acknowledge where they need to improve, based on employee feedback, and actually takes actions to do so - a rarity in the startup world. There is an attitude of humility here that allows for open conversations around areas of improvement. This is especially visible in the engineering department. The benefits are far and away the best I have seen at a startup this size.
