Pros
Many firms claims to be entrepreneurial but twenty actually live up to this claim. Employees are given autonomy to run their own desks keeping in mind just a few simple guidelines to keep them on a path to success. Twenty offer a clear commission structure and also offer very clear goals to help those who want to build a team and manage have that opportunity. The New York office is an eclectic group that keeps their eye on the prize but has fun while they do it.
Cons
Not a place for someone who isn't ready and/or willing to both develop new business and map the market for candidates. This is a lean environment that relies on the resourcefulness of each recruiter. If you are not resourceful/demonstrate initiative or want anything handed to you on a plate, this is not the place for you. There is no room for egos in the business.
