They only promote people who they like. You will work extremely hard for this very young company owner who will display his extreme wealth to you, you will feel like a slave. Lots of new recruits do not make it through the training and are asked to leave before the end of it. Thereafter, the harder you work the more responsibility you will get. This job will not do your mental health any good at all. When you do leave they will escort you from the building as a thank you just to make you do a walk of shame for having the good sense to leave.
