Awesome technology and very smart, talented engineers. Great work environment.

VCs never invested in high tech and didnt properly fund start up.

Virtensys has some really cool technology becoming available at a time when it is most needed. This is disruptive technology, the kind that tends to succeed even when management manages to be clueless.

This is a hardware company, so it tends to mismanage or minimize/misunderstand most software. Management does not share much. For instance, its usually a surprise when somebody new starts.
