Pros
Consistent 40 hour work week. Not everyone that works here is shady but there are quite a few bad eggs.
Cons
Some Supervisors take advantage of being salary based and are absent more than they are present. They leave early all the time without any repercussions for lack of attendance when they're needed. Lead employees are supposed to be working leads and held to the same work performance as other employees but most are not.
