Pros

I couldn't think of anything. For the courtesy sake, I would say decent pay and five days working. The company is fortunate to have such an amiable staff for housekeeping and reception. They are more welcoming and generous than all the departments. Sad!

Cons

I really don't know where to begin. Let's just simplify this, here we go! (1) Even though the employees work here for too long, it will not add any new skill in their bag of skill sets. One only gets acquainted with the variety of cuisines in the world and the places they never wish to visit. Ha! Yes, that's it! One is only expected to write about 300 words for each destination, and they call it write-ups (which are extracted from the writers as if the writers are a machine). There is absolutely no creative freedom and one is obliged to write as per the taste of the team leader. If you question them, they hardly have any clue about a perfect, descriptive write-up. (2) There is no quality feedback and, in fact, the feedback emails appear as if a teacher is purposely trying to fail his/her student. The emails never fail to remind one that 'You're not good enough writer and you shouldn't be here. Do something better with your life.' If one is unlucky enough then he/she will be told on their face many discouraging comments about the writing and the standards. Sometimes an employee will be also directed that “Don’t mingle”, “Don’t make friends”, “Don’t go out”, “Sit properly”, “Don’t laugh”, “Don’t wear this”, etc. (3) The management is not considerate at all to employees’ chagrin. No one will pay heed or acknowledge or understand or act on the matters put forth. They have a set of strait-laced rules which they have been following since the Harappan civilization. (4) The 9 to 5 timing is the biggest lie they tell you. They assign work just when you are about to leave and are already done with the day’s target. Such assignments are a reflection of the department’s shrewd and malicious politics. (5) The matters discussed between four walls of a room always find its way out and become a gossip material within the department. There is no confidentiality maintained. (6) As far as the people in authority are concerned, one can always (mark my words) find them doing something which the others are strictly not allowed to do. (7) The training department is the rudest of the lot and scolds their employees in the most ear-piercing voice. An employee is expected to know everything about the company’s process in a day and is thrown into the sickening ride of mechanical writing within few days of joining. Also, when approached to clear any doubt, the department appears always busy watching One Direction videos and Ellen Degeneres show on YouTube, or checking Hollywood gossip or sighing after looking at the wedding dresses on Pinterest. (8) The editorial department is no different. They are also most disrespectful when it comes to interacting with other teammates. It continues their legacy of arrogance and fake understanding. (9) There is a department completely dedicated to celebrating birthdays and private accomplishments. Other teammates are completely disregarded during those times. It spends their entire working day on such occasions making greeting cards, sketching their life musings, gift wrapping and writing their frivolous notes for one another. (10) No effort is taken to build a team and give an employee a sense of belonging. It’s always the leaders to do the task and the rest of the others are just Unhappy and Harassed employees. (11) Soon, one finds out that the management and its teammates are just a bunch of gossipmongers who failed at their stint of becoming school principals. They make the atmosphere less inviting and more like a prison. No wonder the attrition rate is so high and the management has turned a blind toward it. Hence, one can always find a new a face in every 15 days at the office. How cool is that!

Pros

The manager and advisors are kind and you can ask any questions you met on your work. The working environment is friendly and every colleague is willing to help you. They have an activity room that you can watch World Cup together when most colleagues think the game is worth to watch even during the work time near lunch break! You also can play table tennis in the activity room.

Cons

Maybe some technique things like the operations of mobile apps should be more professional. I cannot think many cons to provide. it is a recommend working place.

Pros

Solid work volume, flexible schedules can be made with supervisor, interesting challenges running through a work day, excellent location, you control the performance of your own work.

Cons

For some, the ping pong table and the canteen weren't just enough fun. Even being close to AT&T wasn't enough fun. I thought it was, and would often pick up my lunch and ask someone to sit outside with me and chat. You have to make your culture, not depend on a boss and hr (or lack of hr) to organize fun. The parties were fun though. No doubt!
