Pros
- Such a great group of people to work with!! Everyone is incredibly nice and collaborative. For the ones in Kansas, there's a bigger chance to do group activities (which I'm a bit jealous of because they did get tickets to go to a Savannah Bananas game, so 🥲). - Flexibility of working from home. - Multiple areas to learn from and improve things. - Feedback is welcomed because the goal is to have an amazing product, so I'm really happy to be at a company where this matters a lot. Not just feedback from customers, but also internal.
Cons
Like any startup, things are chaotic at times. However, people are really willing to lend a hand whenever possible. Some processes to reach goals are still not in place, but management is open to hearing suggestions and is acting on them.
