Does not get more toxic - Anonymous employee withinUs Employee Review

I really enjoyed my time with the company. The team worked well together – it was a fast-paced work environment, which I liked. Management/CEO planned a lot of fun events – celebrating birthdays – employee lunches, etc. Met with managers or CEO as needed if I had questions and felt heard and supported. I loved having dogs in the office - I liked the fully stocked kitchen – I liked the friendly team - I liked all the benefits and perks – you even get your birthday off with pay!

COVID made things more challenging as the team was unable to work as closely as it did before COVID. Communication was more difficult during COVID with certain employees having to work from home.

Thankful I was able to leave

The organization is an awful place to work. The Careers page falsely represents the authentic withinus experience. While in the interview process you will likely experience odd interview times (evening/weekends) and interview length with the CEO. At least 2 hours each time. Once offered a role you will be presented with unlawful agreements. The first few days will seem nice, but once you are there for a minute you will notice the disfunction and toxicity. Any role within the organization does not provide anyone with promised career progression. Highly recommend this company if you want commit career suicide.
