The leadership at Zipari have had to take some hard decisions in light of limited top line growth.

Normalize platform knowledge across non-technical teams. This will help in easier promotion of benefits of API-based platform to clients. Extremely high level of configurability leading to extended implementation timelines. Reduce the configurability decisions to be made by customers. Mixed platform choices makes it challenging for sales to present unified Zipari platform.
