Too many managers no workers. 5 managers and 1 worker. Lots of pressure with KPI and forced to push really sick disabled ppl into work that they cannot do.

Good dedicated staff who deserve better

Cons

Poor morale. Extreme bullying culture from executive management who are extremely bad in their roles. Don't follow their own processes or procedures and do not care about their staff hence the huge staff turnover every month. They churn and burn their staff consistently. The companies mission, vision and values contradict what is happening in the workplace. The board is blind to the going on's inside the company!!!
