      Pros

      Pay check delivered on a weekly basis, other than that there are none to speak of.

      Cons

      - Very poor salaries, no benefits (health, 401k, Paid time off, etc.) - Clear disconnect with employees and HR - Outright lied about term of employment transition from temp to perm.

      Work / Life balance Owner is acting President so involved in his own business from the ground up Opportunities for continues education in the field of Recruiting / management A TRUE INVESTMENT IN THE THE EMPLOYEES WHO WORK HERE. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

      Cons

      Honestly, I have been in the staffing world for a long time, and I have never had an owner understand, listen and actually value all of the work that goes into what we do. The only con I can say is that we deal with people. If you are in staffing you understand this, but I have had zero cons working here.
