First of all, thank you for your review, it is really appreciated to have some feedback from our employees and colleagues. We are very sorry to hear that you consider Emyode as a « pretty bad company, full of racists who don’t speak English ». Emyode have always pushed for integrity, multiculturalism and tolerance. We have always put forward the cultural mix among our employees as a strength (50% of our employees are from different countries), that allows us to grow up as a company but also as a family. The expertise of our employees is our core business and at the centre of our success. Communication is king in our company. Most of the time in French I agree, but often time in English also when the situation calls for it among the teams. We know that some of our associates have some difficulties to speak French and we already offer them to participate to French lessons at our own expenses. I personally apologize for your discomfort, and I would love to discuss with you about it. I invite you to reach me out in private so that we can set up a meeting together. Because there is one thing I care about more than anything else, it’s the happiness of my employees.
