Pros

Groups have option to work 4–9 hour days and half day Fridays! Great diverse group of people! Generous PTO, great benefits and system of online enrollment information is great! Free daily lunch-Soups, salad bar, sandwiches. Free snacks in Office—All types of soft drinks and juices and Different snack options. New Office space in One Arts Plaza—included garage parking (rare In downtown) and nice gym in the building. Sit/Stand desks

Cons

Terrible Management in place—very inefficient and organized especially in HR Group. My team had a bad turnover rate—for every role except the Managers of the team (what does that tell you) Promotions are based on friendships and not actual skill set. Open office seating concept—unless you’re a manager you will not be given an “office” you will be in an open work area. There are phone rooms on each floor but no real privacy to speak on the phone without others hearing what you are saying. The IT group is constantly monitoring your activity. Absolutely no social media or access to anything that streams music/tv. Micro managers to the max. My group was the worst—if you were even late by 3-5 minutes they would ask you to adjust on the back end of your time—which I always did, but you constantly feel like you have to document your time and definitely had to document my tasks as their instructions were never concise and always changing. I had no adequate training—I was given a notebook of a former co-worker and told to check the notebook. Each task I was given would have to checked on by upper management. It felt like anything I was asked to had to be constantly checked by our director and then I was asked to change it to what she wanted it to be—save us the time and just tell me how you want it type thing. I felt like everyone was out for themselves and would throw you under the bus to make themselves look good!

Pros

Flexible hours, great bonus plan, the option to work half-day Fridays, and progressive PTO plan based on years of work experience.

Cons

Extremely politically-charged work environment where peers and managers routinely throw other employees "under the bus" to make themselves look good. Good and knowledgeable employees are frequently passed over for promotions, and given bogus reasons for the lack of advancement.
