This is a great place to work. Even if everyone isn't best friends, we all work together to serve the customer and each other. The prevailing values and culture revolve around a Christian mindset but regardless of whether you ascribe to any particular faith, it is still inclusive and applicable to everyone. There are also opportunities to get some college level courses and other opportunities paid for. I have also never seen anyone be laid off even during hard times. We definitely downsized at times but due to natural turnover that wasn't replaced rather than layoffs.
Cons
Chains of communication are improving but often seem to get muddled especially between shop floor employees and office employees. Pay is good but I think depending on the role, there are others paying more.
