Cons
Managers are very hard to work with. They try to impress the owners on the cost of the employees. Knowledge and experience are secondary to how well you work with the owners. Many inexperienced employees and sales over promising everything then blame everyone for not meeting the budget. The list can go on and on. Please proceed with serious caution
