Pros
I feel truly supported and valued here at Enabled Intelligence. Inclusion is a huge priority here! We are given a ton of flexibility with our schedules and they support different learning and communication styles. Everyone is treated as an individual and encouraged to be their true self. EI also has a focus on hiring people with disabilities and has built the foundation of the company around setting the team members up for success. They really care about us as people, not just employees. We get a lot of ongoing training to be able to become experts in the technical work we are doing. We have fun and unlimited FREE SNACKS!
Cons
Enabled Intelligence is a new company so we are still small. As a start up, we try different things till we figure out what is the most efficent, accurate way to get results and what works best for the team. This is not really a con, just something to be aware of. We are all still building this together which is cool!
