Pros
Only good thing about working there were the coworkers <3
Cons
• Literally only hire white people • Pay is awful for working in extreme heat • Break rooms are far away, causing you to lose time as you get there; un-ironically the break itself is a workout to get from the top of the park to the bottom (assuming you worked up at western gift shop/rides/haunted house) • Rude management; i’m convinced they only hired POC (such as me, a Latino) to fill in their quota #’s • Unfair point system; for even having your shirt untucked you get a point like??? Sorry that you guys can afford expensive shirts with your high wages, yet we have to rely on a WHITE shirt and some of us can’t hide the sweat stains (Fun fact; if your shirt looks “unprofessional”, they require you to get another one) • Ignorant Management: Specifically the Tofte’s (Not Roger), they let their kin literally run around the park like it’s a playground, one of these days they’re gonna get hurt and someone find a way to blame the workers • Unhappy Team Leads: Some (if not all) are unhappy, yet they must rely on $15.25 to go to college/pay bills; very upsetting. • Liability issues: While it is listed that Enchanted Forest workers are required to be able to walk up and down a bill, I never expected to have to hope i don’t roll down the hill like Jack and Jill! One of these days someone’s gonna get hurt, and management will find a way to blame the workers for something they did wrong. Asides all this, I don’t recommend anyone to work here; unless your a senior/adult who has the knowledge to not be taken advantage of by racist white woken. One of these days, the Tofte’s and HR will face karma; it’s coming to you.
