Good pay and conditions. Great bunch of colleges

Cons

The good managers have been pushed out. New managers are clueless, yet want to tell staff how to do their work. Morale has plummeted. Very little support for a very busy role.

Cons

Cultural issues, full of red flags for psychosocial issues. Not always been this way but very noticeable since 2021. Everyone is doing twice as much work with half as many people and most in the office have no idea what the company actually does outside the office.
