      1. Work Life Balance 2. Renewable Energy having good future 3. Expanding presence in India 4. Enercon India is Strategic place for Germany.

      Cons

      1. Need flexible on WFH post Pandemeic. 2. Need to provide Free cab facility 3. More Projects to be channelised to India 4. S/W Developers are not joining as expected. 5. Provide Tax Savings Plans (Flexible benefit plans )

      Dissatisfied, No Career Prospects, Political Environment, Unsatisfied Employees - CSPY.

      Pros

      I find no reason to have a prolonged career in CSPY as u cannot have a satisfying career in CSPY.

      Cons

      As far as CSPY Division of Enercon is concerned, The HR & HR policies are a total failure. Career prospects are dull and so are Salaries. If u consider you can have a bright career in CSPY Division of Enercon, then forget that.
