      They negotiated to have 0 vacation for higher hourly rate

      Cons

      A lot of false promises were made and information was not disclosed before signing the offer letter. The recruiter was racist and sexist. I would not recommend anyone to be hired here. Wait for a full time offer, instead of a contract offer at an OEM or Supplier.
