The pay was decent. There were end of the year gifts given to the staff. There is some opportunity for advancement within the company.

Cons

Management is out of touch with the needs of the staff. Staff isn't always treated respectfully.

Co-workers sometimes. Decent benefits. That's all.

Cons

The cons far outweigh the pros. I'll start by saying I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experiences while working here. This company has the worst non-collaborative, negative culture of any company I ever worked. There is absolutely no reason to consider working here.

Non management employees are some of the best people I’ve ever work with.

Very male dominated. The few women in leadership positions were pushed out during covid
