the office was good in Lucerne but now it has moved to a small town, Root
Cons
very low salary, difficult job with no real training provided, long hours, managers with not enough experience, no chances for moving up the career, sometimes a not positive work environment, no salary negotiations
A lot of the team members were very nice. The work could be enjoyable except for difficult deadlines. The office in Lucern was very pretty and not far from the station.
Cons
Many people in the team were inexperienced so a lot of projects had to get redone ... this meant that there was a lot of stress and tensions and an unhealthy atmosphere.. Some of the managers were not very good or had a management style that was chaotic. When I joined it seemed that everybody knew this problem but no-one could do anything about it ... The pay is low for the work load and the amount of stress and anxiety. I don't think there was a budget for professional development either.
It’s a great place to work with a friendly and supportive environment. Everyone helps each other, making it easier to tackle difficult tasks together. The facilities are also well-equipped and support the workflow effectively.
Cons
There are times when tasks become more demanding, especially during busy seasons.
