      Decent compensation, challenging projects to work on (if you are lucky).

      Cons

      Management is pure dumba**. Myopic and egoistic. Ruining the goodness of the company. Needs some serious overhaul, right from the top bosses. Most political startup in the Valley - all C and Director level blokes just practice politics. Genuine talent either gets frustrated and leaves, or dies fighting random management decisions.

      The parent company had been awesome since I joined it. The team was very helpful.

      The Chennai management is sadist and is usually a place of people with feudalistic attitude.
