      Freedom, collaboration, etc... Excellent for interns in the field of art related (OpenArt.in). Very interesting company.

      Cons

      No specific drawbacks. But organization (OpenArt.in) is suitable for career startup.

      Startup company, more freedom, flexible timing, remote locations, good team work, challenging, products quickly come to market, etc.

      Cons

      Slow infrastructure Bad business models Work life balance not very good

      I have been working at Enmain full-time (more than a year)

      Cons

      Work Environment always related to employees working in the project. Luckily I got good team members. Though we worked on continuous weekends never felt the project stress.
