- Amazing work environment and cooperative people at work. - Lot of opportunities to work on different horizons. - Enjoy work with socializing and everyone is party animal :)

Cons

- Not really a con for me but you have to be jack of all trade, if you arent they will make you one.

- Enstoa knows what they are doing and who they are hiring. - You will get to work with One of the best minds in Industry. - On-site Exposure. - Flexible environment. - Enstoa employees are its brand and If you work hard then they'll make sure it wont get unnoticed. - PayScale is as per market + onsite benefits

Cons

- If you are looking for a comfort, no work and chill zone then sorry. - Processes (Wont say its a drawback) For this ...Enstoa is trying its best to implement process that work best for Indian Employees. I wont say only the best but exponential efforts in this case.
