Pros
The managers and the people running this company do a good job of making sure all the employees are comfortable in their skin. In an industry where deception and dishonesty is rampant, this company is a breath of fresh air. They are very clear on the goals and how much they will pay for the position assigned to you. Great job Kris and team.
Cons
The bonus offered is taxed. I am not sure if bonus is supposed to be taxed, but they do deduct a sizable chunk for federal from it.
