Decent Place To Get Your Feet Wet, But Don't Expect Too Much

Pros
- Fairly lax about shifts and working hours as long as work gets done - Good experience for someone just out of school - Immediate supervisors are great people - Lots of work to keep you busy and the day moving quickly
Cons
- Low pay, to the point of being laughable - Poor benefits - No room for advancement - Extremely high workload for the size of the lab - No employee incentives

Pros
Great people, work itself isn't bad if the place is running smoothly with the correct number of employees there
Cons
Terrible ownership, tries to replace 4 people with 2.5 whenever possible (or impossible), job description is intentionally vague so you can be asked to do anything, keeps acquiring new labs and letting them fail and folding them into the main lab without providing additional resources. Super high turnover because of this
